I think he is the king right now, but is headed for a downfall because he is on the cover of (EA)Fight Night 2005. The EA curse shall strike again.

i don't thin hopkins will fight trinidad because tito belongs to don king and don king does not want to see his best known fighter possibly knocked out again. i think hopkins wants to make it 20 defenses and retire. jermain taylor would, i think, be a likely fight considering it would be a winnable one for hopkins and a fairly profitable one

He's lacking social skills and has cost himself millions of dollars because of it. While his string of title defenses is impressive, the competition in the middleweight division has been weak.

he wont give trinidad the rematch...he knows he got lucky the first time...if Tito makes another spectacular performance, Nard will feel the pressure to fight him or look like the guy that run from a mega rematch...i also hope that Tito fights DLH at middle...

no mate its tito who doenst want to fight Nard, he wants the winner of mosely winky.

Nard wants Tito its his biggest money fight, why should he be scared of Tito, a fighter he dismantled, destroyed and bashed ****less for 11 ronds last time they met.

to make out hopkins is scared / running away from Tito is sorry, just plain laughable.

What do you mean social skills? He's a great speaker, especially at a press conference.

Hopkins is his own manager, and refuses to be sucked into the general corruption and greed infused into boxing by its major players. Yes, this has cost him fights, but it has also ensured him a long, stable, successful career. He's beat a sizeable list of big names and dominated each fight while he was at it. At 39 he's at the top of his game. While his contemporaries are hitting the canvas night after night, he shows little sign of weakening anytime soon.

I read that he was going to fight Sturm. I also saw that Eastman is his mandatory. Interesting to see what Hops is going to do. Right now he is the king though.
