Cashews are incredibly fattening, full of carbs and fat so stay away from them.
Raisins has a lot of sugar.
Everything in your list is junk food

Peanuts are fine, if you are going on a low to no carb diet, i dont know seed trail mix, don't take chocolate chips or chex mix.
Peanuts contain a decent amount of fat, but it's 'good' fat, polyunsaturdated and monounsat. Watch your saturdated fat intake.
Nuno, peanuts are not filled with a huge amount of carbs, i believe what, 8grams per serving. I'm sure he isn't going to take in more than 2 servings so that's fine to me.

but the cashews are bad tom?
Cashews are fine imo also. Usually they have like 8 grams of carbs and around 6grams of protein, 14g of fat but 2/3's of that is monounsaturated
what type of diet are you on?
