At the gym today just finished a normal back workout and started burning out the biceps with some easy bar curls and stright bar curls...

im curling 90lbs for 10 reps and this dude who thought he was a hercules stands next to me with his 100lb barbell and starts his sets curling away next to me. As if trying to compete

so i grabbed the 100lbs and did a set of 12 then grabbed a 110 and did a set of 10 my arms were getting tired so i took a minute to grab water and stretch the bicep out a bit before moving onto preachers....

before i did i grabbed the 110 one last time and did 8 more while i was doing them i was on 5 the dude was finishing his and was grunting as if hes about to blow his load.... then BLAM he ****in drops the barbell and screams which made me jump sideways and dropp my barbell and im like WTF .... the ****in dude bicep shot up his arm to his shoulder and there was a massive lump there and it was instantly black....

poor ****er snapped his bicep clean off .... freaky ass ****

I like using light weights for my curls.....20 pounds is fine with lots of reps from different angles...plus your bicep won't pop out....
