Too much weight messes up your technique during bag work which makes you mae the same mistakes while fighting. If you use those be careful what your doing, and pay attantion to your technique

Bag gloves are for kids. Wear boxing gloves throughout your training session. I recommend Cleto Reyes.

Where boxing gloves? That doesn't help at all. Sparring gloves, bag gloves, pro fight gloves, ametuer competition gloves are all boxing gloves.

The Grant gloves are probably the best, but those are good for the price.

trus me bro the gloves r seriously comfortable. iv never used grant so i cant really comment but my thumb doesnt feel comfortable in reyes and da end ofmy fingertips dont feel too comfortable in everlast. remember im in uk so $236 is like 118 over here which is da normal price u'd pay for a good pair of gloves.

Yeah i got a pair of 16 oz winning gloves, and they are the most comfortable gloves iv ever worn, worth buying if you have hand and wrist problems like me.
