Kanibasan- This is a very dangerous take down. You jump sideways (ie: on your opponents right side) with your right leg behind his and your left in front. ( See Cung Lee he does this a lot). You can go for a heel or anckle or just keep the takedown.

Is very dangerous since you can break the opponents leg very easy ( I broke one of my friends leg doing this the wrong way).

Do you think that it should be allowed or not? Why? Discuss.....

It shouldnt be illegal, **** if you break someones leg that means you won the fight. I have seen Cung Lee do what you are talking about, didnt look like he was going to break someones leg though......

Gung Le that usually goes for the scissors after throwing a front kick. It is more dangerous for the person executing the takedown in my opinion, there is big margin for error.

Well in Judo Kanibasan is illigal and frowned upon. It has caused many broken legs on both ends.

Kanibasan was one of my fav,s in Judo.

Its most effective countering a hip toss of any sort.

Nah it shouldn't be illegal. A lot of techniques can cause serious harm if not defended against or used properly. That was the original purpose behind their design.
