Manny deserves it. He shoulda been there at the end of '06. PBF outshined him in '07, but this is Pac's year to be the man.

A good performance against Diaz will solidify his position at the top spot.
Joe Cal should not be on that place... for me he is at #5 :D

Mayweather is stupid. He's looking for drama.
He'll be back.

Let's be real here guys... in terms of SKILL, Pac is nowhere NEAR the top of the list. Hell, he just got schooled by JMM and only won by SD because he got some KDs.

Sorry, that was a disingenuous remark.
Congratulations on your one dimensional fighter with developing stamina problems getting to #1

He got to number 1 because Mayweather retired. :duh::ugh: He was at number 2 before and after he fought Marquez.
Skill isn't the only criteria for P4P supremacy. Resume/level of competition is another.

Yeah, let's get real. A boxer's SKILL counts a lot. But in my book, POWER and HEART, which are Manny's hallmarks as a fighter, weigh a lot more.
And for the record, it is JMM who gets schooled everytime he meets Pacquiao by getting floored. Very humiliating lesson for any boxer, indeed.

I find it hard to believe that some people are underestimating Pacquiao's boxing skills. :ugh:
If Manny has inferior boxing skills then he wouldn't be in the position he is now. Beating HOF fighters like Barrera and Morales requires skills. Hell, even knocking down Marquez is a clear indication that Pacquiao has great boxing skills.
