Is it only me that has the problem when trying to buy a punch bag the website usually does not specify how much kg's or lb's it weighs? I am trying to purchase a punch bag and want something that is about 4ft and weighs between 25-30kg so it will not sway a lot when I punch it. Any one got any suggestions or feelings about this?

if you're buying a bag off of the internet wou will probably have to fill it yourself so if possible i would buy one from a sporting goods store

In the states a lot of the bags come pre-filled, you just have to add an extra $30 for shipping. Internationally, not sure. The bags available at sporting goods stores here are complete garbage. Balazs has good bags too.
