I'm trying to remember who it was fighting, it was one of the first couple fights last night, at the end of the last round, dude looked like he was going to powerbomb the other dude, but dropped him on his head like a ****ing wwe piledriver move. CLASSIC

that was classic. he knew the decision wasn't in his favor and he only had 10 seconds left.

herb dean screwed up with the second deduction. marquardt was hitting leites with legit strikes to the side of the head. he should have won that fight imo

I don't think it's that simple. In my mind, Leites never looked the same after he received that knee on the ground. Really, I think if knee's to the head on the ground were legal, Marquardt would have finished the fight from there. So even though Marquardt won those last two rounds (if you disregard the point deduction) I don't think it would have given us an entirely fair look at what would have happened had Leites not been basically knocked out by that knee.
