There is a difference in the type of boxing videogamer. You have the casual boxing videogame fan that are satisfied with a simple roster of boxers from the past 5 years, they hate legends in games. They love fast paced slugfest type fights. They want a total arcade feel to thier game with made-up punch names.
The Die-hard boxing videogame fan want depth in every aspect of the game. They want true sim elements. They want every boxer that can be put in a game, with an option to integrate them into thier careers if they want. Die-hard fans want a deep open career mode.

What are you, are a die-hard boxing videogame fan(sim-like) or a casual more Facebreaker, Fight Night round 3 type fan. Are you the type of person that doesn't really care too much about the sport of boxing, but will buy a boxing game for the flashiness it presents?

You mean Round 3. Round 4 didn't come out yet. Fight Night Round 3 was very arcadey with beautiful graphics. It lacked presentation,a deep career mode, stamina. I can go on and on. Fight Night was fun and then it showed it was just for casual boxing fans.

I like em' all, I'm a casual gamer/ hardcore I wanna box with random people like that cartoon where everyone fights with another style and unique skills even though I wanna KO Ali with Joe Frazier so to speak.
