I think if MMA fighters worked more on Judo, they would have a great advantage; because you can knock someone out with a judo throw if you understand the science of it. Even if the opposing fighter can fall properly. What do you guys think of Judo in the MMA? I dont think most MMA fighters work on it the most, because yeah some striking and grabbling ability is important also, but getting thrown by a judo master then hitting the ground hurts like hell.

Karo Parisyen has great Judo.
I know at my gym, my instructor train's Judo and thus we work on it as well. A fighter I work with from another gym also takes Judo. I think MMA guys training in Judo is done more than you think.

I trained in Judo for several years. While its not the least effective style I don't think its the most suited to MMA. For one thing, its very hard to perform judo throws without a gi. Also, the ground work in judo only lasts about 30 seconds generally so you have to scramble for a quick submission and you are not use to drawn out grappling matches.
Personally, I feel its helped me with balance and with learning how to off-balance my opponent more than anything else.

There are ways to perform Judo even without the Gi, especially if you understand leverage, balance, and momentum. I think the combative form of Judo will work well in the MMA, not the sport judo.

I know there are ways to throw without a gi but its very difficult because you need a tight clinch and there are some throws that almost cannot be performed. In "combat judo" they still train people to grasp clothing, seeing as how most people you encounter in the street will not be dressed merely in rash-guard trunks so people learn to grab shirts, jackets, etc.
As I said it helped me greatly with balance and with learning to break the balance of my opponent. When i find myself in a backyard wrestling match i do tend to use judo now, even though I wrestled for 10 years before I ever wore a judogi. I'm definitly not someone who will tell you not to learn something and I think judo can only be good for MMA fighters. That said, it is by no means a complete "catch-all" style for MMA is what I'm saying.
