np. i think it was UFC 8 so it was definetely awhile ago. Paul's a good wrestling coach but he learned his lesson on when you need to stop bein the wrestler....

****ed up story behind that fight. Paul wasn't going to fight, but Tank Abbott told him if he didnt step in and fight he wouldn't be getting a plane ticket home. The rest is hilight reel history...

Tank and Herrera where training partners. Herrera actually introduced Tito and Tank when tank asked Herrera for some good wrestlers from the highschool too help him train because he was the wrestling coach.

Yeah. And also when he fought that North African for the championship. He knocked him down early and was dominating, but later he himself got knocked out COLD in the end...
Also one time he stopped this guy with a huge beard and pony tail, and Gary screamed at him like an animal. Funniest **** ever.

Goodridge was a brutal fighter, he should have never started kickboxing though...

His fight against a Japanese pro wrestler was one of the most painfully one-sided MMA bouts I've ever seen. Every time Goodridge landed an uppercut the pro wrestler's long hair flew back and the fight went on and on as the referee did not care to stop it.

He is still fighting in his 40's and recently lost by KO to someone he shouldn't have lost to.
