View Full Version : Has anybody got a car on finance??
Tuggers1986 06-03-2008, 05:42 PM If so what is it and how much do you pay??
I'm going car shopping tomorrow and was just wondering and wanted an idea.
Let me know bitchez!!
mickeyb 06-03-2008, 06:41 PM The word on the street is Tuggs...well....
apparently, looking at the rates of interest you have to pay back -it is actually cheaper to get a bank loan and pay that back - rather than paying the car finance people.
not only this, but if you don't pay back the bank loan - they won't take the car off you after a few mis-payments... which the finance people will LOVE to do.
So my advice... get a bank loan, not a car finance agreement.
Tell me what car you want n ill fookin' nick it, Cause i love ya, Tugz.

Can you get me a green K reg Ford Fiesta, with black tinted windows, sports seats, some 17 inch alloys, with gold hubcaps, an ancient Kenwood sound system, with a Nissan Skyline exhaust on the back, and two racing stripes across the front of the car, cheers :luvbed:.

I've walked/ran everywhere for 22 years so figured i'd give myself a break.
The one I've just got is a 1.2 petrol. Only done 4000miles.

I've got a black Fiesta 1.6tdci on an 04 plate. It's a nice little car, I do about 20,000 miles a year and spend a long time on the M1 and it does fine. Great fuel economy too, which can only be a good thing in this day and age! A good choice, Tuggers, a good choice.
x-PeROxiDE-x 06-04-2008, 02:27 PM I hope you took Mickey's advice though Tuggz, the finance company will screw you so they will.

I got it on 0% finance mate so the price I seen is exactly what I pay.
Better than a loan.
RAESAAD 06-04-2008, 02:43 PM I just bought an 05 BMW. I got a rate of 4.75% from my credit union and the payments are 400 a month......

0% for how long though?
They use that as a lovely way of enticing you, hoping you don't read the small print, where it usually says that after a year it goes up to something rediculous like 10%.

Shit dude that's a good find you got there, well done.
Beats my Fiesta any day, P reg, 97 thousand on the clock, dents all over the ****ing shop, doesn't like revving past 3000 and I have to climb in through the passenger side because my door won't open, at all.
x-PeROxiDE-x 06-04-2008, 05:22 PM Got it for free though, so I don't know what more I could expect.

Hahaha! Yeah but I've now commited to pay £116 a month for the next five years.
Insurance is a ****ing killer. My first year is costing me £1300. Gutted.
mickeyb 06-04-2008, 06:31 PM Tuggers just flopped his cock out to the female car salesmen and he got a bad-ass deal.

OUCH! Fook me on a 1.2?
I'm only 20 and I got a 1.4 that's costing me £900, also my first year.
Who did you go with Tuggz?
Tuggers1986 06-06-2008, 07:57 AM I went yesterday to finalise the deal and the salesman told me the finance APR was infact 4.9%, which means the monthly payments were £160 a month instead of the £120ish he told me they would be. So basically the cunt lied. I told him I didn't want it and left before I gave in to the urge to smash his ****ing head in.
