who would win a Margarito v Paul Williams rematch?

I call it a toss-up. Either guy can win it. Williams did just enough in the 2nd half of the fight to hold on to his early lead from the dominant 1st half and get the UD. But I wouldn't say that Tony can't beat him just cuz he didn't the 1st time. It was close enough that he's got a chance at payback. And if Williams showed up in the drained condition he was for his Quintana loss, he'll get KO'd 4 sho. He was a 147 lb beast wit stamina in the fight wit Tony.
