Does any know if this machis actually works??? I was thinking of buying one but I just thougth I get some feedback before I purchase one.

Don't do it, stick to the old fashioned way of lifting. I suggest you don't spend that money on that machine when you can spend the same amount on a gym membership that comes with a personal trainer. But its your $, if you think Bowflex works, be a sucka and buy it.
