The XFL did good ratings Week 1 too. Hopefully, they better strategize the next card so that there is more than 2 minutes of action in the first hour of the card and a satisfying main event - maybe put Kimbo on early against someone Bo Cantrell once beat, and then cross their fingers that they don't get the end of the card marred by controversial stoppages.
It's the second event, the one that requires return viewers and new fans brought in by word of mouth, that will be even more telling as to how successful they will be.

I couldn't watch the fight. I tuned in at about 9:15 and CBS was showing some old ass movie from 1992 in the 9 to 11 block:wtf: I guess it wasn't shown in some markets.
