View Full Version : Ladies and Gentleman, this is could be your next american president
Neuraxis 10-29-2004, 11:44 PM Wait until after the ad. What is Kerry pulling from his jacket 14 seconds into the debate?

vB Martin 10-29-2004, 11:57 PM I don't know. His back was to us when he did it. It looked like a notepad, much like the one Bush was scribbling all during the debate.
What was the large, square bulge on Bush's back? Why did the Bush campaign specify that no cameras were to be used behind the president?
We can specualte all we want. We won't know what the thing was any more than we will ever know what the clearly defined rectangular bulge was with the clearly definied "wrinkle" that resembled a wire running towards Bush's ear.
I can see where someone using crib notes is as un-presidential as someone using childish humor and laughing at it is, though. You definitely have a point...

I dont get it? He reached into his pocket and looked to be pulling out pen and paper...
vB Martin 10-30-2004, 12:10 AM I dont get it? He reached into his pocket and looked to be pulling out pen and paper...and you don't find that to be horribly unpresidential?!?!?!?! liberal scumbag!!! why do you hate America?????

"No props, notes, charts, diagrams, or other writings or other tangible things may be brought into the debate by either candidate.... Each candidate must submit to the staff of the Commission prior to the debate all such paper and any pens or pencils with which a candidate may wish to take notes during the debate, and the staff or commission will place such paper, pens and pencils on the podium..."
vB Martin 10-30-2004, 12:52 AM I can't believe he got caught, being as sneaky as he was about it.
How does this compare to, oh, I don't know, shouting down the debate moderator when he continually asks you to prepare for the next question?
You cant even tell what the hell it is. If it were a huge thing, I'm sure the Bu****es would have made a huge fuss out of it before 6 weeks had passed. Of course they're grasping at straws now that it looks more like they're going to lose, so they just might.
The debate rules also said that the opponents were not allowed to directly address each other. Bush and Cheney both addressed their opponents seceral times.
Of course they might actually be smart enough to not want to compare debate infractions.
Pretty weak, I say.

What about the large square bulge on Bush's back?
It didn't look like a cyst.
puppy_dogg 10-30-2004, 04:37 PM i dont see **** on his back. i think yall are being a little dramatic with this.
SonnyG8R 10-30-2004, 05:22 PM If you look at most of the bull **** allegation threads they are almost all started by the radical republicans. This thread is just another example.
Neuraxis dreams of taking it up the ass by his idol George W. He's too blinded by lust to identify reality.
It's sad really.

You can clearly see the outline. The Bushies tried to say it's a wrinkle. It's rather oddly shaped and well-defined for a wrinkle.
If they had said, "Well, he's the President. We have to have him wired in case something goes wrong so he can react immediately." I might have bought that, though I would certainly have made my share of, "you mean immediately after sitting around looking confused for 7 minutes, right?" jokes.
That is not a wrinkle. The president can afford nice suits. The only way a suit would wrinkle like that is if it were badly tailored. Even an off the rack KMart jacket wouldn't wrinkle like that.
Having the order in place that no live shots of the President from behind were allowed during the debate just makes it seem more suspicious.
puppy_dogg 10-30-2004, 06:21 PM i see it now, that is kind of odd.
Dr.Depravity 10-30-2004, 06:23 PM I would have to see if the "wrinkle" changed shape while moving around. If it were a wire, It would stay pretty much uniform through the night. Im just not sure about that one yet. If he was wearing a wire, he needs to kick the guys ass on the other end of it. Bush put forth a pretty lame effort in the first debate.

Come on Shawny, I know you aren't that stupid or gullible. That's not a wrinkle for Christ Sakes. Just look at it!
Dr.Depravity 10-30-2004, 06:43 PM you will notice that the term wrinkle was in quotes. :D

yeah, it is, and they came up with a few stories to cover it, just like with missing explosives. The RNC theme this year seems to be, "If you can't refute, confuse".
