Paul Gascoigne's sister has pleaded with fans of the troubled ex-footballer not to buy him a drink.
Concerns are growing over the former England star's mental health.
And now Anna Gascoigne has warned anyone helping him obtain alcohol: "You will have blood on your hands."
In an interview with the Sunday Mirror, she spoke of her fears that Gascoigne would die if he was not sectioned.
Her words came amid reports the footballing great had again been involved in a drunken incident.
Gascoigne, 41, was allegedly seen collapsing in front of travellers in St Pancras on Saturday night, before being taken away in an ambulance.
Despite being unaware of the latest incident, Anna Gascoigne described the plight of her brother.
She said: "I'm begging his friends and strangers, please don't give him a drink.
"If he offers you money to get a drink, don't take it. Or you will have blood on your hands."
She added: "I am not saying these words lightly. I want Paul to be sectioned to save his life. That is the last hope.
"There is nothing else. I fear every day he'll die."
In February, Gascoigne was sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
He spent more than a fortnight at Middleton St George Hospital, in Darlington, Co Durham, before being released.
