I get confused with what is reality and non-reality, which is hell...so I go to a shrink every week, aswell as call her up every few days so I can realise which of my thoughts and emmotions are reality, or just part of the fantasy nightmare that I see.
I have intense nightmares every ****ing night and wake up in a cold sweat.

We have more in common than I'd like to admit. I don't like inflicting or receiving pain, nor do I see a shrink, but I probably should. I have frequent nightmares too. In fact I had my recurring shark dream last night. That one always scares the piss out of me.
