how do you skip rope with different tricks and footwork variations.

Well I can jump normal.. running motion/walking/jogging. And crossed, I can do backwards to but that's not nessicary. I'd say start slow, you will automatically build up speed and once it clicks, you got the rythm right you can do whatever you want. You can look on youtube for some videos for inspiration and use them as a guide.
