Hahah I have stopped my chippy teas on saturday nights a few weeks ago and feel a lot fitter for it. Also joined the gym about a month ago and go everyday after college haha. Beats roadwork.

Yeah I think it's better than frying shit. Other good methods of cooking are steaming, boiling, oven. I do one of those 3 for my meat now.

I go with grilling for chicken..practically takes the grease out.....If I ever see fried meat I'll fall back just cuz I know how much fat is in it

I got the George Foreman grill, kettle and toaster for £20 from TJ Hughes, bargain. All this shit that comes out of meat onto the drip tray is enough to make you gag.

do NOT boil vegetables, as it will take out the water-soluble vitamins (a,c,e and some more i think)

steaming vegetables is the healthiest option

you shouldnt grill vegetables as it could kill the vitamins so just use the grill for meat and make sure you dont get that black burnt shit on it as it is carcinogenic

Yeah I don't boil my vegetables. I do steam them, however.
