Didn't go too bad, Tired easy but just kept going .. Footwork felt good ... Punches on the bag felt good and sound, Head movement felt good In fact those three felt better for some reason :lol1: ... Think its all the shadow boxing iv' been doing at home.

BUT ... My defense was shit ( Its never been that good, But was worse ) .. I was punch shy as **** too even though we only did light sparring, Didn't really wanna take a shot :puppy_dog :lol1:

On a side note, I didn't take my gumsheild or headgear, But thats no excuse this is boxing i should have got stuck in :boxing:
