That's what I call what I just did at the gym this morning. Did the stair-stepper for 20 minutes to get warmed up, then did the bike for 60 minutes.. then drank some water.. then ran for 45 minutes on the treadmill.. then did this crazy new aerobic thing that works your upper body at the same time for another 40 minutes.
Now I'm tired, still have my endorphin high. I'm going to start training to run in some marathons... I think i went a lil over-board today, lol.
