Nobody has dropped an album. The biggest two were Snoop (album was ass) and Rick Ross (surprisingly dope). I didn't really check out AZ, never was a big fan. Hip Hop is dead man. **** somebody drop an album. Only known albums coming soon are Nas, Wayne, Game, G-Unit, and I think Ice Cube. Who else?

In the mean time R&B is killing big time. You have Alicia, Mariah, Janet, Mary J. etc.

I disagree with the Ross dope statement. Fat Joe's disc was actually the best of the three that came out that week...The Roots's new album isn't Game Theory, but it's decent...

Estelle's album was nice. Alicia Keys & Keyshia Cole's album spilled over into 08 and Chris Brown's dominating the radio too (thought that new single for the album re-release is weak)

R&B is on fire right now, but this kind of pop/dance that's still too urban for the mainstream audience is a welcome change to all the chanting/blend in with the music/try to create a new catchphrase rap stuff that's coming out lately. I even marked out for a minute when Greg Nice guested on the McKnight joint.

Detox has supposed to be coming out for a long, long time now. I'll believe it when I see it. If those two albums came out close together, that would be quite a treat, though...
