I need help buying a boxing bag. The first thing is I am around 58 kg which bag would be suitbale for my weight. What you think about the bags in Rebel Sports. Where do you found the best boxing bag. Where should you hand them up. Can you hang them like on your roof would it be able to last. What gloves size is sutibale for my weight. Do hand wraps come with the gloves. Anyone have good website to show me that sell boxing bags.

Thankz in Advance.

any boxing bag is good for your weight, as long as it doesnt fly when you hit it lol, kostya tszyu is a good brand for wraps, bags and gloves, to save money you can buy 1 good quality pair of kostya tszyu gloves for both sparring and bagwork, 14 oz or 12 oz is best, i personally hate 16 oz as theyre so big on me, but i spose if youre bigger than me a pair of 16 oz is just fine for bagwork and sparring, although alternatively you can buy a pair of kostya tszyu 10 oz gloves or bag mitts to hit the bag and a pair of 14 oz or 16 oz for sparring, but whatever suits your budget-the bags at rebel sport are fine, ive had mine for 3 years now (kostya tszyu) and its stll great with no bad wear or tear, also if you have beams on your garage roof or deck roof or waeva at home you can hang it up there on a thick rope or chain, but if you dont, buy a stand with the bag (you can get that at rebel sport)also handwraps dont normally come with gloves , ive never seen it

somebody helped me drill a hole in the concrete ceiling of my garage.
that is where the bag hangs from a hook bought from the hardware shop.
