First of all talking to people on the net can be misleading compared to real life, you can think your really getting along with someone and thats great, but it never compares to seeing someone in the face. Women are easily put off by all kinds of **** in person, it really doesnt take much. Ill tell you this much, she may have been a bit freaked out that you was about tonight, even if i liked someone on the net and met them, id be a bit off about meeting them in person too, so maybe she was a little bit nervous.

Anyways, do not show your pain, even to your mate, seriously, not yet, if you need time out, take time out, and definatley take some time out from her, because if she knew full well you liked her but flirted with your best mate, thats way off the mark. I can tell you right now, if you take some time out from that **** she may come and talk to you if needs be and then you can decide what you wanna do.

Either way, just relax, there is nothing wrong with being emotional, it takes a real man to admit how they feel, but in this case, i would say you should take a little time out from both of them.
