Looks stable, and of course the weights would go on each corner.. Just put real heavy weights on it.

naw those things suck, the heavy bag is hella low and u cant move around the bag and the speed bag platform hella shakes when u hit the speed bag. if u can u should buy the speed bag and heavy bag seperately.

It is usually low but I rigged the chain up so it's hella high. (Yea I have one of these) and the speed bag platform doesn't shake that bad, but yea if you can buy them seperate.
