I just ordered this and should be receiving it early next week. I own a regular 100lb Everlast Nevatear bag but there are already hard spots (the bottom half of the bag is rock solid) and my hands are killing me. I usually take off a few days and the pain goes away but I just can't take it anymore, which is why I purchased the H2O bag. Has anyone used it or knows anyone that uses it?

I appreciate all feedback/comments regarding this.

They are ****e. They move way too much and can do more harm than good to your hands.

Would you mind elaborating a bit? How would this bag be more harmful?

Thanks.

It will not react the way a normal bag would as when the water moves from your punches you could punch a place where there isn't much water and be too light or where the bag is heavy and it would hurt as its harder. Where a normal bag it has the same padding all around. Harmful as in could hurt your hands more using it.

I just set up my bag yesterday.

It gives enough resistance when I punch, but absorbs most of the energy (a lot more than a traditional bag) I didn't think it was going to make any thudding sounds when punched, but it does.

This is exactly what I needed.

$40? Buy it. The bag is fine, it feels a little bit different than a regular bag but no big deal. It's basically free for $40, it retails for about $120. Put it this way, I bought mine for $85 and am very happy with it. Do it.

Do you think your punch power will increase due to it taking a harder hit than your other bag? Im in the market for a new bag but the U.K. is a little slower with the new stuff sometimes.
