Basically i quit smoking about a year and 4 months ago after about 12 years. I've since gained about 25-30 pounds and just started gettin back into the gym routine. what is the best supplement to use as far as helping cut fat % down? (ephedrine free) Does anyone use or have experience with this stuff? Hydroxycut? trimspa? other?
