What a legend. It was an incredible equaling the record today and no doubt he will beat it on Wednesday.

Undoubtedly the best left winger I have ever seen play.

Shame he turned down Inter all them years back.

He wouldn't be the legend he is today if he went to Inter.

Maybe not, but it would have been nice.

He is well past his prime. So slow, every pass never makes it. But good goal today. Next season he will play maybe 5 games.

Team May, that's a little over exaggerated a pinch of truth too it but not that bad.

Also come on Italian football aint what it was.

He's definitely lost a yard or 2 of pace nowadays which is understandable, but when he's got the ball at his feet, he's just as good as he was 10 years ago.

I love the Welsh bastard.

Obviously he's not as good as he was but he is 35ish

Seems to have slid a fair bit in terms of pace and taking people on and stamina, i think he should retire quite soon, give Nani a chance to establish himself.

i wonder if he wins the european cup next week if he will retire then? would be a great way to go out....

he'll prob do another season though. can you see him playing for another team or you think he'll retire at united?

If Giggs played for England and played at the World Cup, he'd be more appreciated. 2nd best winger of this generation.

Nah Giggsy loves United too much. Every single minute of his professional club career has been here (which is legendary), at his age i can't see him leaving for another club. I think he next season will be his last. What a brilliant footballing brain though, one day he will be a cracking coach/manager.

He is just awesome! I defo think he ill call it a day next season. Im sure lately he has been gettin kept out of the team by Ji Sung Park and with Nani ready to explode I think he will get limited chances next year. I also believe Gary Neville will retire soon and UTD will have to replace the best RB the Premiership as had IMO.

He's like Roy Jones Jr!

Well past his prime but still better than ALOT of the young pups, even at his age.

My favourite player ever. I think he only has one year left on his contract, I don't see him making too many appearances next season, but already his legacy is secure as the best player ever to grace the Premiership IMO.
