I am actually feeling good!!!! I did falter a little I ate a piece of sushi last night at RESPECT in LA/Hollywood but I danced and sweated sooo much.

So I'm stuck on my ass all day watching my nephew, and now I got about 15 hours to drop these 3 extra pounds. I just got done with a good ceran-wrap run, so the sweat is floating well, so hopefully I make weight tomorrow.
