HEY Bro NO offense meant . . . but really . . . you don't need to be an expert to figure this one out :D Ali was a scientific fighter . . . a master tactician . . . who is very much capable of changing styles defending on what his opponent has to bring inside that ring . . . if ALI was able to figure out FRAZIER and Foreman easily at their primes . . . how would he miss figuring out TYSON who knows nothing but attack . . attack and attack :D Ali would make a mess out of TYSON's face while "floating like a butterfly" inside that ring.

It's got to be ALI by a late round stopage . . . maybe between round 8 AND 10. How many times did Tyson fought the full route? The guy simply fades out afate round 5 . . . that's a fact brother . . . have you seen what Holyfield and Buster Douglas
did to him? :)

Ali would stop any version of Tyson late in the fight after beating him up.

The only thing I'm not sure of is can Ali keep him off of him in those early rounds..

Thats what I am saying could Ali fend off Tyson those first five rounds.

Let's C.....And the Winner is........ALI.

Tyson would bother the hell out of Ali the first couple of rounds and might even drop him on his ass  . Nevertheless, I see Ali eventually out-classing Mike , which gets Mike frustrated and possibly getting him to use his mouth jab....Biting the hell out of Ali's neck.

Mike Tyson by 7th round KO, comes from a left hook after ali throws a jab

It would be the same result as Buster Douglas- Tyson.
Douglas defeated Tyson with unbeliveable amounts of jabs and straights.
Guess what Ali excelled at?
Watch the fight between Tyson- Larry Holmes, and you'll see that Tyson struggled to do something against a battle-worn Holmes before that 4th round. Take that fight, imagine someone twice as fast on the feet, 8 times as many punches thrown, and with twice the speed. That would be Ali. Tyson wouldn't stand a chance.
And he admitted that himself :D

Tyson by TKO 11. Young Tyson was an animal, like a caged dog.

Tyson rarely KO's anyone after 5... Ali would take him apart - move around until about round 3-4, frustrate Tyson & eventually stop him late.

he never was a force in the later rounds, especially against ali he'd be running from the first bell, he'd last 4-6 rounds vs a prime un-ko'able Ali..after round 5 the snap comes off of tyson's punches, although I do remember him ko'ing tyrell biggs in round 7

any time tyson goes up against a guy with balls, a chin, and a jab, he gets punked inside of six rounds, even though the fights he lost drowned out to the later rounds, he lost the fight in the earlier rounds by gassing himself out and not getting much done..bottom line. and I'm a tyson fan, but styles make fights, and that's just the way it is. he lost to buster douglas in his prime, this is what exposed him, douglas was ko'd in the first round when he fought foreman only a year later..I would've loved to see tyson fight foreman..

Tyson always struggled when he came up against a game opponent with a plan that was stuck to. Ali TKO 9.

Tyson in 8.
In his prime, the best heavyweight ever. I just wish he had had better compedtition.

I'd say Tyson has a chance within the first 3 rounds. If it goes beyond that, he'll be Ali's punching bag.

Ali by decision or late KO. First 5-6 rounds Ali Dances around, making Tyson frustraded and eventually tyson will throw large swings that Ali with his long arms counters. He could also use the rope a dope but it would be dangerious cause his body would be open.

I must be the only one thinking Tyson is a bit overrated. Dont get me wrong, he was a monster fighter and he had huge power but most of the people he beat was out of their prime or they were deathstruck as soon as they got in the ring (which is no way bad).
