ITS SOME OF MY TRAINING AND ME STATING MOTIVATING FACTORS FOR THE SUNSHINE STATE GAMES COMING UP.

IT HAS MY PAD WORK OUTS.. AND SOME CLIPS OF MY OTHER TRAINING IN IT.. MORE TALKING AT THE END .. MY OTHERS WILL HAVE ALL MY TRAINING.

LEMME KNOW WHAT YA THINK OF THE PADS.

yeah dude i thought u looked good all the way around.... nobody likes to be critiqued.... i thought maybe you should focus on rotating your upper torso more when throwing your right hand on the bag.... but u looked good... just stay focused... ill be buyin ur ppvs

Hey DA1 great video, just out of curiosity how old are u bro , and what are ur stats like weightclass ang height, also do you have any plans to turn pro soon ?, :) you look really good of course there is always room for improvement, but to be able to critizice you i think you should post a longer video of your bag and mitt work ( i really liked the motivation talk dont take me wrong ) your speed looks really good if i had to say anything i think you should put more weight into your punches rotating your whoel body, but you are looking good.

I would love to make a vid and post it soon but first i have to get a cam :( hahahahaha

keep up the great work bro, and hope we can meet someday in the pro ring :D

I thought you looked real good on the pads, DA1. I didn't see your video from before (before you got your new trainer), but the movement from this video is good, and the handspeed looked good as well. Keep it up man. :boxing:

wow, dude great vid. I do think you got faster, not actual speed but better flow. The quality in this vid was great, I didnt like that ending tho "you have failed"...I just really really hate those words, but they have impact which you might have been goin for (if so good job).

you look awesome in that vid man. any plans to turn pro soon? how old are you and what weight? im guessing middleweight (165) or light heavy maybe? you look fast, strong , well conditioned, skilled etc......obviously everyone can improve but i cant really see a major fault in your form or technique conditioning etc.......best of luck and i think if you keep at it you can do big things in the pro ranks man, you have the natural attreibutes some people would kill for.

Son its gravy, but gorilla aint marketable, as far as a look.. keep working your sparring vid was you throwin high 1-2s above the head of a guy who was obviously throwing manichen punches... Da **** at the end was 2paci-sh, and homey you not on that level.. more work less *****! **** ya traing method how the **** do you win fights.. lets see the basics not that basic ****

A couple of things...

I like seeing the medball work, my guys do that stuff a lot. I'd like to see some more intensity though. You were kinda loose and sloppy doing it IMO.

The padwork. I know PBF does it in a similar way, but I really don't like that style, where the trainer does the majority of the movement. I mean, when you throw straight punches, his extension is twice that of yours and you barely extend more than a third of your reach. I just do not see the point.

I even see it transferring, especially to your straight right hand in those short sparring clips. I understand you're holding back, that much is obvious, but I would have you throw the right all the way out, in a much snappier, faster way, even if you were holding back. You also need to turn your hip when you throw it, you tend to lean over it instead....
I like your left hook to the body though.

Keep in mind, your trainer is with you everyday, he's the one you need to listen to, and this is just my opinion. :)

Those sparring clips were pretty blatantly choreographed. Not real sparring.

It's increased the number of punches I throw by a large number when REALLY sparring... Hmm Yea I do that lean thing every now and then when im not thinking on it....I Gotta correct that. Yea i know every one has the same excuse but imma have to work up to that med ball.. cuz I was so tired using it...and its always at the end when i use it so if anything my arms are almost gone. .. The right arm thing makes perfect sense.. I'll think of that when sparring for real.

Regarding the med ball: If you want to get the best effect, you should do the med ball stuff when relatively fresh

almost 5 years .. off and on though because of problems and my sickness...

i'M 165... WELL GOING BACK TO IT.

i WOKE UP THIS MORNING 174... DOWN FROM 185 2 WEEKS AGO. I FEEL GREAT...

THE PROTEIN DIET IM ON IS HELPING ALOT ALSO.
