Undefeated 05-08-2008, 08:55 PM So yea..
I have abs as well as lower abs, but they aren't as visible.. You feel me?
I know they're some legit posters on here. Mainly people that box reply only.. I don't want no stupid comments. Thanks.
Also, what ya be eating?
Yo DA1CATAS what you be doing son? You in the only shape. No homo.
Im 130 right now.. Probaly 133... I just wanna get in shape and then go back to the gym by this week and do me... Hopefully I register and find a loyal mother****ing trainer once I get back to my old ways.
its what you eat man.. its all diet..
um, no more rice bro.
tuna, chicken, nuts, fruits, veggies..
limit your carb intake.. youll be fine.. u should read some t-nation articles
Undefeated 05-08-2008, 09:23 PM ****.. I love rice lol.
i kno.. i wasnt tryin to sound like stereotypical, but hispanics love rice..
tuna bro.. its cheap,
u can also have the beans if you want.. thats pretty clean protein
mgkirkpatrick 05-08-2008, 09:38 PM yeah man the stomach is the last fat deposit to go on guys so you've really gotta strip down for the bottom abs to come out. you need to get into a calorie defecit eating good proteins.
as old mate said.. tuna.. lots of of it.. no big meals but eat often.. keep your calorie out put higher than your intake and wait.
BrooklynBomber 05-08-2008, 09:39 PM Diet down to lower bodyfat.
If you want to build good abs though, weighted squats are what you need.
Landon S 05-08-2008, 10:02 PM all pretty good advice. Id add that most of the time you shouldnt limit carbs too much because you'll need the energy to train your best. But to quickly lean out its effective, once your where you want to be keep adding a bit more so you dont keep losing.
Personally I try to just work harder and faster (not more) to burn it off. How HARD you work can really make a difference. If you ran for 24 minutes covering 2 or 3 miles youd burn far less calories from fat than if you ran 4 miles in the same time.
jberg 05-09-2008, 02:02 AM just remember that if you eat well, train hard, carry on losing weight, they will come
..David.. 05-09-2008, 02:18 AM hi, well if you want an exercise do some leg raises while hanging from a bar, this will work your whole abdominal area in a good way, also use those ab roller things (dont know their usual name) they are pretty good,
but yeah if you want a see them you will have to make a few nutritional changes,
i wouldn't really recommend cutting down so much on carbs, people that want to pack on muscle often do the mistake of keeping away from carbs when they are really important for your body to function at full capacity, and i imagine you wanna keep training as hard as possible.
So if you are going to limit carbs such as rice,pastas,bread...etc i recommend you just do that at night, a couple of hours before going to bed, also avoid fruits at night since fructose its the hardest kind of sugar to digest.
In the morning you can have all the sugar/carbs you want dont sweat it, another thing i would recommend its consuming a slow digesting protein (like casein) at night so your body will have something to work on when you are at sleep but wont make you fat , have a chicken breast with some mixed veggies and you are ready to go, also cottage cheese its cool at night and its cheap ( i know many ppl will say dairy at night its bad but believe me it wont harm you in any way)
Plus casein help to ease pain of muscles and joints :D
well i think thats too long but if u have anything to say to me just ask :) also dont know if my English was that good haven't practiced for a while but i did my best hahaha
jberg 05-09-2008, 02:28 AM ive just realised david. in your pic you look like a better built steve-o in jackass
leg raises and similar kinds of exercises will help build and define.
i have a decent set of abs, but my love of drinking means that 4 abs are easily visable but the bottom 2 are a bit covered - i need to get back into more cardio. i do have a very toned and muscular waist and hips because of my training though.
so, even if you have great abs, you need cardio to help remove the fat from covering the abs if you want them to be noticable.
what i have found is that jogging, basketball, and tennis(especially) are great fun exercises that provide cardio with a range of movement that leads to overall better body tone.
i mentioned tennis especially because of the running combined with waist turning. the am to pro tennis players usually have really strong, toned mid sections.
diet can also be important. consult a nutritionist for proper knowledge as there are diets for people to bulk up and ones that aid in losing weight without adding bulky muscle in addition to exercise.
Undefeated 05-09-2008, 03:18 AM This is how my **** looks now.
