The fight is only a few days away, Kostya Tszyu vs. Sharmba Mitchell. Depending on where you go and who you talk to, you will read many conflicting opinions on who will win this fight. Mitchell and Tszyu are both training for the fight of their lives. Sharmba has been sparring with junior middleweight Shane Mosley in order to prepare for the power and movement of Kostya Tszyu. Although Sharmba has been quite active in 2003 and 2004, he has not faced anyone near the skill or power level of Tszyu. On the other hand, Tszyu has not faced anyone at all since January of 2003 when he defeated Jesse James Leija.

Shane Mosley, who is gearing up for his anticipated rematch with junior middleweight champion Winky Wright, feels that Sharmba Mitchell will win his rematch with Kostya Tszyu.

"Sharmba was in great shape, he threw a lot of combinations from different angles and showed a lot of great movement in the ring. He has Tszyu figured out, Tszyu relies too much on his power. Regardless of what Mosley says, I still give Tszyu a slight edge. We all saw with Tito that a layoff does not always hurt a good fighter.

As for Mosley fighting Tito... if he beats Wright... he will get destroyed at 160 - the higher the weight the worse Mosley gets - disagree?

Tszyu is old, and hasnt been in the ring in 2 years.

While Tszyu does have the power to KO Mitchell, that much we all know, the question really becomes one of "can Mitchell dictate the fight and actually outbox Tszyu while staying away from Tszyu's power"?

I personaly think at this point Mitchell has the edge, simply because Tszyu has been inactive. I look for this one to go the distance with Mitchell winning a split decision....
