Hey presto homemade authentic Bolognese sauce. kayjay 05-07-2008, 09:55 PM Dice some fresh tomatoes and cook them in a saucepan with onion and a touch of garlic. Some olive oil will make it better if you don't mind a touch of fat. This is easy and 100x better than sauce from a jar.
