There have been a lot of great new features in GTA IV. They have added:

-The ability to not have to wait for loading while entering a new place
-A cell phone that can be used anytime during the game to call people you know
-A tv in your safehouse when you want to learn about what's happening in GTA Liberty City
-New lock on targeting system that makes it easier to aim at someone when shooting especally at different body parts
-Improved graphics that makes everything look more real then before
-Not having to do everything you are asked all the time
-The ability to change the outcome of the game by choosing different decisions and facing the decision you make
-Scaling fencing and walls
-Walking along lesges
-Hiding behind different objects including cars when in a gun fight
-The ability to use the GTA internet in the internet c@fe and find out different places and ideas about the city and getting e-mails and sending them from the in game experience
-The ability to get into a police car and enter their database
-New GSP system that helps you along each path you go
-New way to get away from police by leaving a circular area of the crime you have committed
-New entertainment places like the cabaret club and comedy club
-The ability to move,damage or pick up almost every little object

There are many more features but which one is your favourite part of the game

id say these are the same tihng. the cell phone is the best impovement in storyline mode imo. i am extremely dissapointed they didnt put a feature to import the music on the 360 on it, maybe have a 'cd booklet option if u press up twice...or somthin.

I really like the cover system
Got in a huge gun fight with some triads (im guessing?) in china town
Hid behind a taxi.. the thing was getting shot to **** :cop:

Also cars don't explode with just seconds of catching fire. You actually have time to get out of the car now

All new tweaks are worthy additions but my favorite is the GPS feature that shows you which directions to take to get to a particular destination. Like San Andreas, the map is too cumbersome to memories (not that it’s a bad thing) so it’s a great feature…

I think that’s why Vice City was my favorites, the map was perfect in size, not to big, not to small, just right…

Vice City was actually a smaller map but what I liked about it was that you knew where you were going without having to always press start and checking the map. Also it had great graphics IMO even better then San Andreas. They were both great games but GTA IV is the best in the series

yea.. I beat the main story mode. havent done much side stuff.. im sittin at 63% of game complete...

The online is a cool in all.. but dont like it as much as I thought I would.

I also wish there was bicycle like in san andreas

are their still helicopter? or they out as well, flying was one of the best parts of SA and GTA in general, didn't mind riding round on a bike either. But I reckon i can forgive them

The graphics looks better, more free to choose what you want to do and great gameplay, they took out planes from the New York look-alike state of Liberty City for obvious reasons, no bikes because people don't ride their bikes as much in New York and they changed the controls a bit to allow for more drifting with your car, other than those this is still an excellent game, its like most of the GTA games in one
