i think

-Randy Couture vs. Tito Ortiz for the UFC Light-Heavyweight Title

-Caol Uno vs. Hermes Franca

-Dennis Hallman vs. Jeremy Jackson

will be great fights.

-Tim Sylvia vs. Gan McGee for the UFC Heavyweight Title

should be entertaining just because of the sheer size of the guys.
I think Silvia will take it.

-Wes "Cabbage" Correira vs. Andrei Arlovski

I do not think this fight will be entertaining

Except for the Jackson fight and Sylvia vs McGee this card sucks.

I really like this card, at least Tank isn't fighting.

Randy vs. Tito- Hopefully Tito will get his ass kicked so the belt will be defended more than once a year.

Sylvia vs. McGee- To monsters, both with heavy hands, could be a war!!

Hallman vs. The Scorpion- Come on, if you've posted here for more than a week, you have got to love this opportunity for the Scorpion. Could also be an all out war.

Uno vs. Franca- 2 grappling masters, hopefully will end in submission and not decision. Kind of makes you wonder whats up with the LW title though.

The Crow vs. Rivera- The Crow is always exciting and always looking for the KO. Don't know too much about Rivera, but I don't think you can go wrong with the Crow.

Rich Franklin vs. Edwin Dewees- Dewees is a veteran of many tough fights, Franklin is bad too, I like this matchup.

Strebendt vs. Thomson- Time for Zen to do some homework. Help me out Haru, you know Gerald don't you? What type of fighter is he?

I like this card. I don't see whats so boring about it.

Wes "Cabbage" Correira vs. Andrei Arlovski is going to be a great fight. Arlovski won't be able to take Correira down, so he will have to stand and trade. And you know he can bang because he K.Oed Freeman and stood with Rizzo for 3 rounds. Cabbage, well I don't have to tell you about Cabbage and his chin.

I forgot about this fight in my recap, but I agree with what you have to say. This could be another standup war.

One thing I'd like to see changed, when I pay 30 bucks for the PPV, I want to see every ****ing fight. Not 87 promos for the MFS PPV, and the upcoming show, I want every second of every fight.

As far as I know, the UFC shows every fight except one normaly. They have started showing that one as a free pre-view.

Its not the UFC's fault if the PPV runs long. Phone Direct T.V or viewers choice and ***** to them to give them more time at a lower cost

-Randy Couture vs. Tito Ortiz for the UFC Light-Heavyweight Title
Don't care...Tired of hearing about the LHW BS

-Tim Sylvia vs. Gan McGee for the UFC Heavyweight Title
Good fight. Want to see if Sylvia can hang with someone his size

-Wes "Cabbage" Correira vs. Andrei Arlovski
another match where we can watch cabbage gets hit 986456 times

-Caol Uno vs. Hermes Franca
a pure BJJ guy zzzZZZzzzz...where's Penn. When are we going to get a champ. Why does a guy like Franca get a shot at Uno?

-Dennis Hallman vs. Jeremy Jackson
Great fight. Can't wait to see Jackson in the UFC. could be the fight of the night

-David Loiseau vs. Jorge Rivera
Loiseau KO ....next

-Rich Franklin vs. Edwin Dewees
2 more grapplers

-Gerald Strebendt vs. Josh Thompson
striker vs grappler. 15 minutes of take down attempts and guard work.

I love the fact that they are putting new talent out but do they have to make it all on one card? Mix it up a little.
It's my opinion. That's why we're here....to give our opinion on this. I don't have to agree with anyone if I don't like it.

I know Gerald personally and have seen him fight several times. Came up with Jean Jacques Machado in the San Fernando Valley. Former training partner of Eddie Bravo. He then spent a significant amount of time with Next Generation run by Chris Brennan. He also has spent a considerable amount of time training with Fairtex in San Francisco. He's legit........but, I don't know if he's ready for the UFC.

All in all, I think this card has the potential to be great........the timing is what's killing the look of this show. Nothing Zuffa can do would ever come close to what Pride is doing right now. That's why people are turned off by this card. I am not. I think this card is great. It's going to showcase even more young, great, hungry talent. Jeremy Jackson, Jorge Rivera (who I've heard nothing but outstanding things about), "The Crow", Franklin, Dewees, Franca and Sylvia. I, for one, am VERY interested in this card.

Jeremy, you know Gerald too, I think. He fought in Kage Kombat when I used to cover it.

Hallman v.s. Jackson, Franca v.s. Uno or "The Crow" v.s. Rivera will steal the show.

Gerald! yes he is from Chris Brennens I think. He is a kickboxer. I spoke with him once at Kage Kombat. Glad that he made it to the big show!

I don't know why people dislike seeing "new talent" on the UFC shows. I love watching people fight who I've never seen before.

I'm not gonna make my picks yet, but Cabbage is gonna murder Arlovski.
