i ordered a pair of 16oz


i cant tell if there bag gloves or sparring gloves

it does not say on the web site , just says training gloves

can anybody tell me if there used for sparring or not?

training gloves are meant for sparring. but can also be used on the bag.

but it's not a good idea to use the same pair of training gloves for bag and sparring. the gloves get worn at faster when used on the bag.

thanks i looked yesterday and theye had gels that were for bag and the other ones where for training so sparring
