I read all but Fight Club (have this thing with being unable to read a book after I have seen the movie).

Survivor is my favorite. Saw Palanuik speak in Harvard square in Boston. The ****ing guy is hilarious. Also said that investors expressed interest in making the "Survivor" movie but cause of 9/11 refrained from funny hijacking movies.
