Peter Kazzi won 10 (KO 6) + lost 1 (KO 0) .

His last opponent was against Rakesh Kumar with record won 1 (KO 0) + lost 7 (KO 6) .

Now he is fighting in couple of weeks
Damian Smith with record of won 3 (KO 0) + lost 14 (KO 8) + drawn 1 = 18
Losing all last 9 fights.

Is this what we want to see in Australian boxing?

from memory kazzi isnt particularly dangerous. obviously they're shitty matchups but there are probably worse going on.

not good and in an ideal world they wouldnt happen but i dont see anything happening to stop it

see the thing is, I don't see why I can't enter the pro game and be fighting these tomato cans.
P4P , I am probably as good as Kazzi, so why can't somebody like me do it?

You can. Like Brently has said before and MG. Watching these fights make you want to enter the fight game.

If your a decent athlete. You can become Australian champion within 5 years.

Nothings holding you back. Except for time it consumes. Minimal money for first few years. Etc Etc.

World Ult. It's not hard to win an Aussie Title or get yourself on a Foxsports card to be honest.

Our local scene sucks to be honest.

The Pat Kennedy fight was the worst i have seen. (Last years). Kennedy had no mobility and he did not resemble an athlete one bit. Upon his ring entrance, he was embarassed and ashamed it looked like. Then his opponent was that far out of shape he obviously was called up on wednesday night for a friday fight.

Both fighters fell on each other and out of the ring. And both lacked the strength to pull eachother up back in the ring. And Kennedys opponent had his head in his crotch and couldn't get up.

It was embarassing. I felt sorry for them.

What weight division would you be in if you fought Brently and have you ever thought about going pro? (I think you told me welterweight, once, by vague memory)

Super Lightweight...I'm at the end of my 20's so I'm not getting back into the ring. But I do miss the taste of my own blood to be honest with you.
