Hello,

Was sparring yesterday, was going to pivot off the ropes and I heard a pop and I fell to the ground. Knee hurt but was able to walk. Went to doctor today and it seems I tore some cartilidge or something. Going to be on some anti-inflammatory and pain stuff. It is not too bad pain though..

Anyone else have any experiences like this? How long did it take to heal? Pretty pissed that this happened.

this happend to me recently, everytime I excercised my legs like squats I'd hear a crack. Took me 3 weeks to heal it.

Well it was smart you went to the Doctor.

So far i haven't experienced anything like this.

Yeah it really sucks, just getting in some awsome training started as well.

Hope it recovers quicker than expected.
