I was wondering if any knew how to hook a strap on the bottom of a heavy bad so it stays still.

listen, a non-moving bag is not helpful. would your opponent stay still? it doesnt help you as much as a moving bag. and anyway, its a heavy bag, its not going to move that much

i have a 100lbs heavy that i use for power an i just got a 60lbs heavy bag i wanna put up but it swings way to high that is why i wanna strap it down with a bengee rubber strap so it doesnt go as far away

let it swing and practice your body and head movement around and avoiding the bag.. better than non-moving
