There's the quick slice from ear to ear.. let them fall to the ground as the blood trickles out of them, that's not very violent. However the violent way that's a hell of a lot more fun is to stab them about a hundred times through the whole body. The knife goes into different parts of the body in different ways, it's quote errotic in which the degree of differences exist throughout the body and how the knife penetrates as such.
