Terrible... 04-24-2008, 12:21 PM wtf Steve '****ing 'Mclaren to be a commentator for bbc at 2008
talk about a piss take that mother ****a should be hinding his face during the championships, instead of that we are gonna have to see this idiot all the way throughout the championships constanly reminding us of our failure to get to 2008 & he is partly responsible for it
aaaarrrrrghhhh :banghead:
TRAVI$ 04-24-2008, 12:30 PM What the ****?

Yep thats right Steve Mclown
in the words of Richard Wilson 'i dont believe it '
TRAVI$ 04-24-2008, 12:43 PM Pretty much his fault England didnt make it + Annoying voice = :ugh:
GreenGetter 04-24-2008, 12:54 PM The ****ing idiot is probably getting paid a small fortune aswell, which is an extra kick in the teeth. If I were him id be ashamed of myself
Why on gods green earth does the BBC or he for that matter think he’s qualified to criticise on other peoples performances during the tournament when he himself fell way short? Answer me that Mclaren
He was shit for Middlesbrough and knowing that he knows he will go down in history as the worst England manager of all time is the only retribution I feel I can get when I see this jackass on TV
Phew!
DURAN_IS_GOD 04-24-2008, 04:22 PM man you guys are so quick to blame the manager..... maybe if the ****ing players got their fingers out of their arse and showed some commitment we'd be there? people are very quick to forget that once the manager has done his talking its up to the players to actually deliver. I'm sorry but these over-paid pretentious posers dont care enough, and whilst that attitude continues we'll continue to under-achieve at international level
of course thats not saying mclaren was great, however it was FAR from all of his fault
Nicky_Hatton 04-24-2008, 05:49 PM A few improvements; He shouldn't get paid and should make a public apology.
GreenGetter 04-24-2008, 05:50 PM clarens tactics and attitude were all wrong for the job. He was part of eriksson management team and should never have been selected as head coach. However, your definately right about the players not giving a shit. They are way over paid and too pampered these days to care about the national team. harsh but unfortunately true

i agree to an extent but
Mclaren is paid to get results and he has to carry the can regardless so it is his responsibility to make sure those players dont disgrace his name by putting on dire performances, cause if they do perform badly it only reflects on him as a manager and shows how poor his motivational skills & tactics are
hes not just paid to field a side he is paid to motivate his players and get the best out of them & to get his tactics right ,i dont think England are Brazil or anything like that but i expect a mediocre manager to be able to get a team motivated enough to be able to pull out results against the likes of Israel & Macedonia which he failed to do there is no excuse for that ,however overated anyone might think England are they are definelty good enough get results against these 2 sides
anyway we are getting this twisted surely the issue is'nt about finding whos fault it was the point is i dont wanna see the manager who failed to get us thier commentating on the games & reminding me that England are not thier & he is part of the reason for it ,it is just to soon to be watching his mush plastered over the TV when England fans are still hurting from not qualifying
in short it is a piss take ,sorry for the rant DURAN_IS_GOD :fing02:
adietheforestfa 04-25-2008, 07:35 PM And its our licence fee thats paying him.
Seriously though its not Mcclarens fault. Yes he is crap, but who would turn down the job??? Its the muppets at the FA who are to blame, they always take easy safest option, they always have right back to appointing Ron ****in Greenwood when The Great Brian Clough was interviewed for the Job. Martin Oniel was the one.
The players also need to be more accountable. If Gerrard hadnt have missed open goal in Russia wed be through.
Sven, If Sol Campbells wrongly disallowed goal v Portugal hadstood hed be a ****in hero.
Anyway who the **** will be watching football this summer?? What football
Watch the Cricket for a change

well view point is Mclaren should have gotten results against the shower of shit that was Israel & Macedonia then we would'nt have needed to get results against the other 2 best teams in the group
Kevin Keegan resigned from the England job he did'nt wait for his Golden hnad shake like Mclaren i guess that tells u a lot about the 2 managers passion for the England Football team & there Morales as human beings
do u think manangers as passionate about England like Kevin Keegan or Harry Redknapp would be taking on the job commentating on the world cup cause i dont think they would
