Hi guys, I've been talking with Bas Rutten for a while about doing a workshop at my gym if he ever got some free time (away from teaching, announcing, and making movies). My Gym is located in Bellflower, Ca. (L.A. County) He just contacted me and said he's available for Saturday July 26th. This would be a 4 hour workshop with a one hour lunch break. The cost would be $70. Attendance will be capped off at 20 people to allow for space to train. Before I can make things solid, I need to be able to secure attendance. I'm not doing pre-registration yet, just getting an idea of how many people .
