It's pretty damn good. Like no fat or calories but a decetn amount of protein. Too expensive though, 5 bucks for 4 ***** burgers.

they charge you an arm and a leg for that. its about 3.45 for four boca burgers. I eat them everyday almost. They are good and there is 2 grams of fat a burger and 14 g of protein.

My brother's fiance scared the **** out of me about ground beef... she's a nutritionist. I don't usually eat burgers, but when I do I'll just have one of these I guess.

Aaron is a vegetarian. I am not. But if he buys the boca. I have NO problem eating them.
