Yeah but you get paid more to work here Curly, so you can keep up with cost of living. People from the Bay Area keep moving to the central valley and pushing our cost of living up.....

home prices in orange county have an average price per square foot of $289. it's absurd!

my rent is $1650. if my landlady put our place on the market then the new buyer would probably have a mortgage of about $2400. and that doesn't even include taxes and insurances.

Yeah true Kaps but I was thinking more of having to save up for deposits and rent and stuff untill things got going.

Tom...Curly=hates cold weather

Purity would be a millonare out here in less than a year. You can buy a place from around 30 to 40K and fix it up for about 10-20K and sell it for well over 100K

nah. opportunity is outrageous out here. if you cant get a job, one that pays well.... its either:

a) you're an idiot (you're a low life, wothless, street bumb )
b) you're uneducated (even non-HS grads like myself can manage to make an easy 30-60K a year, so if you can't even make that your just illiterate as hell)
c) does too many of the wrong drugs
d) had kids at a young age
e) all of the above

Orange County is #2 in the US for fastest, biggest growing county. Pheonix is #1 as of now, but its hotter than hell. Cali is the place to live...... mad opportunties, awesome weather, mad things to do, mad women, mad beaches...... WESSST-SIIIIIIIIIIDE!, and mad hoes, more mad hoes, and some mad hoes. if you don't live in California, you're just simply depriving yourself of living life to the fullest. I mean where in the **** else can you Ski/ Snowboard and be at the beach getting a tan....... all in the same ****ing day!?!? nowhere.

thats mah word, son.

Boston

2 bedroom 1200 (outer city district) - 2200 (in city district)
Taxachusetts is crazy cause they tax so much.
average person makes 25k - 35k.
If you live in the city the train will cost you 80$ a month or you can park for like 22$ a day. most people take the train. Apartments are small, heating is expensive and mandatory, everything is crowded but close. you can get anywhere in the city and 25 miles in any direction by train.

move to holland

Beer = $2 (about$0,50 in a supermarket)
1 gram of weed = $5
blowjob = $25
****ing = $50

decent house to rent (couple of rooms, kitchen and bathroom) =$500

only problem = petrol. for a galon of petrol you pay about $5
gas would be about $3

Curly Howard
06-26-2003, 10:23 AM
I guess racing fuel would be about $20 a gallon lol
The $500 a month for a house sounds good but what's the average income?

handjobs4dollars
06-26-2003, 10:34 AM
2 bedroom appt 500 to 800
3 litres of milk 3:60
cigs 7 bucks
gas 75 cents a litre

Curly Howard
06-26-2003, 10:35 AM
$1.6? a gal isn't too bad I guess....but you guys got the free health care....that makes up for a lot of higher taxes

how old are you, what kind of work are you into, what educations do you have?

Avarage income in holland is about $25000 a year but that depends on age and education.

When you start working at 20 years old with a mediocore education you'll prolly get about 15 to 20 grand a year. If you have 35 with a degree in something you will prolly make about $50,000 a year.

Curly Howard
06-26-2003, 10:45 AM
I'm 34 and have no degree.

Curly Howard
06-26-2003, 10:47 AM
I have high school diploma and I've worked mainly as an electrician but I've done aout every other job there is . From auto mechanic to truck driver

I reckon you make about $35,000 a year then.

Curly Howard
06-26-2003, 10:56 AM
then it would be good living in Holland. Depending on the other things like food and education and if they have racing.

Whoremaster B

****, I have a diploma but thats it.

I landed a nice ****in state job simply because I was the only one who didnt make fun of this guy. Turns out he has couple of friends in high places. ( Canadian ambassador Paul Cellucci )

pulled some strings, calls me up and bam. Taken care of.

compared to the US I think most things are cheap here... only problem is that we pay a lot of income taxes.. depending your salary you pay from 35% up to 52% income taxes. so if you make $100,000 you end up with about 60,000 once taxes are off.

Curly Howard
06-26-2003, 11:02 AM
I'm just burned out here. My wife is from Michigan and she hates it here. We want to start out somewhere else but I just don't want to end up in the same position with different scenery

holland is a good country to live in. The government takes care off the citizens very well. except when you are richer because the rich pay for the poor here.

If you are poor you get extra money from the government to pay the rent and buy food and if you are rich you pay more taxes and the houses are more expensive to buy.

Whoremaster B
06-26-2003, 11:09 AM
Amazing! thats how it should be in the states. Only the rich get richer and the poor fight there battles.
