Well what special drills do your coach makes you do, or do by your own that you think most ppl dont.

I mean everybody does (or should) spar, heavybag, speedbag, double end bag, ropeskip, mittwork... etc

but which ones do you think are your special ones,

i think mine are weightes hill sprints ( i use tires, dont have the cash for slides)

And my coach sometimes has me doing dizzy shadow boxing hahaha makes me spin in the ring and then i have to shadow box and keep my balance.. sounds stupid but it does help, i dont know if many ppl do it but i dont think so,...

if u have more plz post them

Hitting the bag with a baseball bat. Kelly Pavlik did this too, I saw it somewhere in a video,it works our the lower back muscles and that twisting motion. Also overhand swinging of the bat toward a punching bag or soemthing on the ground (works upper back muscles).

Yeah we do rolled up newpaper covered in tape to hit the bag, if you do it one handed it help build your forearms as well.

Neck exercises. Seems to be a fading tradition. I went to Gleason's to work out and when a few trainers saw me doing them they came up and commented me on the good work and they never see anyone do them anymore. I think I am one of the only fighters in my gym that does them.
