YAY, Life is great.

Kato and the baby are doing very well.

The kids have been ok, and they are out of school for the summer.

I have been lifting weights every other day and that is going very well.

My dogs are stupid

lol, I have some wierd dogs as well.

anyway, how did the 95 incline go yesterday?
my mucles are a bit sore from lifting but I am getting closer and closer to my goal of 185. I am going to make it easily! I gave myself 13 weeks to make it, it's week 6 now and I already crossed the 180 mark so only 5lbs to go in 6 weeks, should be easy!

It went well, I used 95 for my incline and i did 5 sets, of 10,8,6,4,4 reps.

But when I did flat bench I would usually do 90lbs and I could only do 80 lbs. but my reps were higher 12,10,8,6,6

damn, I am getting close to you on the flatbench then. I had 72lbs on the flatbench yesterday but then again I did that as a first exercise. I did the incline as 3rd exercise and only got to 55lbs.

I did dumbells yesterday. Normally I do flatbench but I figure some change in your routine is good so I decided to do dumbell presses instead of flat bench. I think I can do 6 reps with 77lbs dumbells.

Right on, when I do dumbells I can not lift as much weight. I think it is better to do dumbells more often then flat bar bench. It must build all those little sabiliser muscles.

I also did tricepts yesterday and that was awsome. I used heavy weight and low reps all day and I could feel it

same goes for me... I always work pecs, shoulders and triceps on one day. my triceps are a bit sore now, shoulders and pecs are OK.

I do every other day.

Day 1 Chest and Tricepts

Day 2 Schoulder,Back Neck

Day 3 Bicepts,forearms and legs

Dude, change your routine.

With a lot of pectoral exercises you work your shoulders and triceps as well, so put em on one day, makes more sence.

same goes for back. If you do back exercises your biceps are a secondary muscle group that helps with the movement. because they are all pulling exercises you work forearms as well, so put em on this day as well.

and as for day three, do legs and abs. abs work a stabizing mucle when squating so put them in the routine as well.

Then you get:

day 1: Pecs, shoulders, triceps
day 2: back, biceps, forearms
day 3: legs, abs

I have had my best gains doing it this way.

like i said i lift every other day so i get 2 days rest before i train again

I was able to gain about 30 lbs of lean muscle doing it this way i n like 7-8 months

wow, that's a lot of weight to gain in 7-8 months... I gained about 9lbs over the past 6 weeks.

Yeah , I took Cell Tech, along with EAS Protein, also I ate high fat High protein diet.

Lots of Peanut Butter,Red Meat, Fish,chicken , Turkey, and green Veggies. Beer , Vodka, Burben

same here, I have made myself a nice mix. I am using MDY suplements. I mixed protein 95 with promass banana flavor. Gets me enough protein for muscle growth and helps me gain some weight, it also maked the flavor alot better then just protein shakes.

And besides that I train hard and eat a lot ofcourse.

Eating right after training was the big thing for me, Takeing in mad protein right after lifting. It helped me be less sore and helped with quick recovery

No that is perfect, I guess it depends what you are trying to do, I am still trying to gain more mass, and strenght so i do lower reps with higher weight. If you are trying to to get like "Fight Club" fit I would say do even higher reps coupled by your meatless lifestyle, you should be ok

gain muscle mass he is. Also I think Bzob has dropped below 300.

I should stop lifting so heavy myself. once I go back to Jui Jitsu and wrestling ill have to cut my weight and strip some muscle mass. I trained with Whoremaster a little saturday and discovered I was pushing too much weight for my size and was really slow.

I am fluxuateing between 285 and 295 right now.

I would like to shed a little fat and pack on that same weight in lean muscle mass

if I want to have a build like igor I guess my weight would be about 280 lbs lol.... I am a good 6'2 which makes me a lot taller then igor so if I shoot for his build I would weigh way more. 185 seems fine for now.

I think that Igor is a nice long term goal, but realisticly I need to have a short term goal, and that is to get stronger and bigger, and I will cut fat slowly

oh yeah, no Igorism for you. you would have a heart attack reaching that weight.
