I'm new here and am really looking forward to talking some boxing with you guys. Heres my deal, im looking to cut down on a lot of my body fat to get in great shape. Can someone here tell me what kind of cardio work boxers do to lean up?, or even what a sample boxing workout routine would consist of? My diet is in check so I dont have to talk about that. I just would like to know some different type of boxing/cardio excercises I could try that would really help me out. Thanks

I've been going to a gym for the last month, and thanks for the welcome :D
What my routine looks like now is a 5 minute warmup on the stationary bike, then I go lift weights for an hour, come back and do another 5 minute warmup on the stationary bike.
After that my real cardio begins. I do 15 minutes on the treadmil at a 4.5 mph jog for 1 min, then a 7.8 run for 1 min and repeat for 15 min straight. After that I do 10 min on an elliptical and im done. I know they have a rope down there its just im not sure how good I am at jumping rope hahha. Havent done it in a while :D
